Returns & Refunds
In case you want to return the purchased item due to change of mind. Kindly submit the return request at email@example.com within 72hrs along with the copy of the invoice. The full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
- In case of cancellation of any COD order, kindly submit the cancellation request at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72hrs along with the copy of Invoice and bank details. The full amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
- We shall also arrange for a reverse pick up of the item incase of return or cancellation.
- In case you have received a damaged or defective product, kindly email us a photo of the damaged product along with the copy of your invoice within 72 hours of receiving your order. Team Merak will help assist you with the rectification of the damaged product and the same will be delivered as soon as possible.
- In case you have received a different order, you are required to send us a photograph of the product which you have received within 72hrs. Once we approve your return request, we will arrange for a return pick up for the same.
- In case you receive a different order we’d be happy to process your refund or exchange (depending on the availability of the ordered item) or you can exchange it with any item available on our website with the same value or higher value. Such request to be made within 72 hours from issue of request.
- No Return or Refund will be allowed in case product is damaged while wearing or incorrect storage at home. In such case we can help to repair the damaged product.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
